-If you are having an issue logging in using Microsoft Internet explorer follow one of the steps below:
1. In your browser, click internet options, then click the tab labeled privacy. Next slide the tab down to "allow all cookies" Then click ok. By default, Internet Explorer by Microsoft blocks all incoming cookies, which causing a login issue. All other browsers like Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, etc are set to allow them already.
2. In your browser, click internet options, then click the tab labeled privacy, then click the button labeled sites. In the address of website, type in prosoinc.com then click the allow button. Finally click ok.
